I have ordered a product from onlineclues.com last month. At first there is no cash on delivery option , so I have to pay online. So then my order is placed. After that the it's says that my product will be delivered within 7-10 days. But it was delivered after 15 days.
At first the product packaging looks good, after that I opened the box and find out that the product is not the same as I ordered. Then I called the customer care, told them my problem . Then they said that, sir from our end the product is good and it's checked. I have even say that I have recorded the video while opening the product.
They said sorry sir I can't help you with that. Worst Services and behaviour ever get
