One pluse 3 is the best phone under 30k. You will be very much satisfied after buying this phone. I had used these phone and it is very nice phone under 30 full paisa vasul phone. Ram is 6 gb processor is also snapdragon and a full hd amoled display with finger print sensor. And metal body which looks very nice. But battery is less and over all a nice smartphone under 30k.
