Extortion of money. Review on OM Packers and Movers

Recent experience with OM packers and movers has been very pathetic.

I had booked shifting of goods for 2nd Oct, however received call from Company official that if shifting is to be done on 2nd Oct, they will charge extra.

I had no option but to accept. Further post shifting they asked all the cartons to be emptied on same day which was practically impossible. They sought deposit for carton boxes. Reluctantly I had to pay.

I was promised once these cartons are emptied, they will come to pick them up and return the security for caron boxes.

However, it's been over a month calling them to pick boxes, however neither they have turned up after committing twice.

Now they have stopped picking my calls or respond to WhatsApp messages.

I could get contacts of a senior official who also is not responding.

The worst part is their customer care also refuses to acknowledge to register a complaint.

Very pathetic service
