I have booked ola when I was in airport the cab was booked but when I called to the driver he says that your booking is not confirmed to me I dont know about you first you cancel the cab and book another. This thing was ambarrasing that I am waiting cab was booked but no cab vome near to me. The ola app showing the driver location but driver is saying to me he is in saket but the location is showing that he is near IGT airport.I am waited for cab and driver denied his duty. I have complained for customer service but they told me that due to heavy server load it may happen. That was not a good thing at last I booked a new cab from uber and as soon as possible received the cab.
