This is the new cheating trend that comes out that the driver is not ready to accept the drive and they are not willing to cancel the drive as well. they come to the pickup area but are not ready to drive. they accept to reach the pickup location. so that OLA and invoice Rs. 50/- from our pocket. there is no response from OLA customer care nor any email id. the drivers are learned and trained for cheating.
This type of cheating must be taken up with government official
