Recently when I purchased nycil powder it had no cooling effect and different fragrance. Then I smelled the old bottle and I was sure that the quality has changed. I had left with little of the powder from the previous container, I applied it and found out that the cooling does not happen with the recent new nycil.
The product is not worth buying if we do not get what we want. It is It is all fraud and cheap thrills used by companies to make more profit by selling adulterated products and make customers suffer, in terms of money and health.
This is not the way to deal with customer as this is cheating. I request you all to check it before you buy
