I am using this net connection(REG mobile-9899078978)from the last 2 month and freinds my experience is really horrible because of their pathetic service and slow speed.
I am using 20 mbps plan that is chargable for 1350/- per month but what I am getting is not acceptable I hardly get 6 kbps. This is just cheating with the customer the speed was good in demo period and for initial days after that the speed of connection decreased and fluctuating constantly.
The connection is not reliable as it disconnects in every 45 min so you cant use it to download movies and songs which is the worst part.
This is not only the problem there service quality are poor . I have complained many of the time. they only reply "we are escalating for request on higher priority bases' but waited for the stated time but did not receive a single call.
Friends pls dont fall prey to their bad service and poor connection.
