Hi friends, here is your friend Deteram and today I am going to share my experience about this broadband services which is very bad experience which I had its performances and services are very disappointing I am not like this broadband service.Netplus broadband is not reliable and also not value for money I used this broadband at my home for normal using purpose for downloading and surfing internet my plan is 6 Mbps speed plan but they providing me like 2 Mbps speed of internet which impact to downloading and uploading anything on internet and sometimes it's network coverage has come failure to connect to the tower which makes me very disappointing and irritating during the using Internet.I was gives many complains about the facing problems to the customer care but they said we will do nothing regarding this problems which is completely makes me disappointing overall I am not suggest this broadband to any other person.
