I have placed an order on the website. First, received message that the prescription was under review, then received message to call them regarding a query on prescription, I have called them to answer the query, they asked me to send the prescription again, which I have sent. Again I have received a message that the prescription was under review. Again received message to clarify a query, again call, again review, again review, again query, again, call. so far this is happening again and again even after one week after placing order. Now they send message to call, but they don't answer the phone. This is all unnecessary headache and time waste. If someone is in need of urgent medicines, THIS IS NOT DEFINITELY THE WEBSITE TO GO TO.
