Recently I applied for this company and the recruitment process consisted of 4 rounds.The first round was simple aptitude of numericals, logical reasoning and basic concepts of oops and two programs to code.After that they had 2 technical rounds.
They , made very clear on prior hand that it is purely a software telecom company.Only the persons who have the real passion of java, sql and other languages can survive in this company.If you clear the 2 rounds of tech which is purely on java (really very tough) will under go a training of 6 months on various languages which they use in their company software.
And after the successful completion of the training one should develop a app and if the company is satisfied with you perfomance then your offer letter will be rolled out.Package will be 4.5 lac and during the training no stipend will be provided.Only who are brainies in java , sql, and all stuffs appli else it is of no use.
