The payment is fast and also comes with guarentee if payment is not completed within timeframe you will get refund plus 2x navi coin for the failed utility payment. You get navi coin on every upi transaction to merchant. Navi has loan features also from person to home loan you will get it within the app, the condition is you have to have good credit score and repayment history. The in app mutual fund investment is good. The utility payment gives you cashback of 1% navi coin but don't give you coin if used third party option like credit card or using any other app. The support system is little bit slow to respond.
