Naaptol is the biggest cheater company.i shall share one of my experience from naaptol.about 1 year back naaptol had launched a vox company mobile phone with touch screen with all facilities at just rs 3500.i was a student then and I was overexcited and I purchased it.but u wont believe the phone stpped working within a month of purchase.i gave a call to naaptol customer care.they said me that they cant do anything but to take it to the vox dealer.i searched my entire entire city but couldnt find a vox company dealer.i just wasted my 3500 rs.pls friends dont fall a prey in their traps.they are simply frauds
