🚨 Beware of Myntra's Wallet Fraud!. Review on Myntra

I want to alert everyone about an unfair practice by @myntra.

In May 2024, I received refunds totaling ₹;2, 221.67 into my Myntra Credit wallet(proof in screenshot). I didn’t withdraw it because I planned to use it on future purchases. During this time, I placed several orders—but Myntra never gave me an option to use the wallet balance.

Now, after 1 year, without any notification, email, SMS, or alert, they’ve silently expired my entire refund amount. This is MY money, not a promotional coupon! How can a company just make your funds disappear?

This isn’t just poor customer service—this is fraudulent behavior. If banks or other apps started expiring your money like this, imagine the chaos.

I’m sharing this so others don’t fall into the same trap. Refunds should never expire silently. I urge Myntra to return my money and change this unethical practice.
