First of all, what’s the meaning of$ store, it has many Chinese products instead of all American.

You will find all the cheap Chinese stuff here on sale for Rs. 99/-, weather its available for 50/- or 60/- or 70/- outside in local market. Here you'll get all that for 99/-. Never buy a brand of toiletries(soaps n shampoos) unless you know that brand is good. Always compare prices of those items with local shops, many times they are expensive, like if you can get a thing at 80/- outside, you'll still have to shell out 99/- coz its standard rate. Cosmetics and food items can be of inferior quality. Never buy food that you haven’t tasted before, it can be a waste of money. Always check expiry date, as many food items on sale are near expiry. Avoid buying toys, they are most of the time expensive than local markets and most of them are available outside.
