We had a HVAC CONTRACTOR suggest and install a Midea system in our Wyoming home in 2020. The main wiring block was improperly labeled at the factory and as soon as the system was energized the condenser and all 4 wall units were damaged. The original contractor was unable to identify the problem so after a wasted 6 months we hired a better qualified HVAC contractor. He quickly was able to access the cause of the damage and notify Midea. That was in March of 2021 since that time there has been no further communications. I have made the wholesaler and Midea very aware thru emails and phone calls. Now, as of March 2022, still nothing has been done to repair or replace the system under their Warranty. So we are stuck with a non-working system and Midea does not care. I would never recommend them under any circumstances.
