I bought this Inverter in 2013 for a price of 15k, including150Ah tubular battery with 36 months warranty.
It is an ideal power back up source which is worth for the price. Its micro controller based control design provides better efficiency and output. the microtek comes with the LED light for On/Off Switch.
The battery is well protected by an inbuilt electronic circuit. The power back up is almost 8 to 9 hours with single light and one fan switched on. But one thing is you need to refill it with Distilled water. It has a level indicator to show the low level of indication when the water dry's up. Microtek UPS 1000EB comes with an CCRC function which decreases the power consumption less during the charging of battery. Its auto reset functions overload senses and mechanically shuts it off. The UPS is capable of delivering consistent output voltage if the many voltage is low or high. It provides a continuous voltage of 230V output.
It is a user friendly and provides a good back up. Till now I have changed only the capacitor and switch because of an high volt during rainy season.
It also has fuse protection, 36 months warranty for the battery and noise filter.
The Microtek UPS 1000EB is well and good for home and small office uses.
