Michael Jordan is the best basketball player that ever graced the courts. Even though he is retired, his name comes up whenever the game of basketball is mentioned.
Michael Jordan has six championship rings and was named Most Valuable Player in each game. He received more than two million votes to play in his ninth all star game. He also holds the title of scoring titles. He scored 50 points 36 times in his career and his average per game was 32.
He not only dazzled players on offense, but his defense was terrific too. He was the forth player to record 2,000 steals in 1996. He was the Defensive Player of the Year in 1988. He lead the league in steals 3 times.
If you have never seen Jordan play, you are missing poetry in motion. His agility was unbelievable and his presence on the court was totally intimidating to all players, regardless if they were on his team or not. He was, by far, the best basketball player ever.
