I have recently lost my xiomi redimi 3s prime phone. I have already made mi count on it and suggested by company customare care representatives I tried to locate my mi phone with the help of mi.com but the site was unable to track the location and lock it. However it showed a new no. of the sim that recently was being used in my phone by the thief.it somehow helped me a little in catching the theft but because my father is in police, he located the phone from machines used in police station and the thief was catches from her location and now my phone is in my hand.THE SITE NEEDS TO IMPROVE MORE.
