I have had a very bad experience with Metro PCS . Metro PCS sucks horrible customer service. For over a week I argued, begged & pleaded at every level, 6 store reps, 6 online reps. You will certainly regret it if you do as they will suck money from you for no reason.
They ripped me off as I received text messages saying I owed lots of money which wasn't true. I recommened that you do not join them. Auto pay account deleted and recreate at least 4 times. Everyone keeps saying the same thing just go in and update to account info. The account was even verified by a Corporate Center supervisor. It was impossible to contact them and get answers.They are very dishonest company. Do not join them.
