While I've used the meru service in Hyderabad and was quite pleased, I found the service at Mumbai to be disappointing. I had taken a Meru on 22nd April 2013 from Lokmanya Tilak Terminus to Malad, west.


The cab turned up late first of all and after we boarded, the chauffeur said that he is running low on CNG and needs to re-fuel the cab. He took another route(I was using GPS to guide him), and what should have been a 25 KM ride, went up to an almost 35 KM ride.


This is something which I do not appreciate. I do hope the concerned authorities take this up and ensure that such untoward incident doesn't recur. I have had the pleasure of a good ride so far when in Hyderabad, don't mess it up.


This experience hasn't put me off though, and I would certainly be willing to request for another service soon.
