I went to mathura last month. It is located in uttar pardesh( north india) . The main thing of mathura is that the lord krishna was born in janam bhoomi.
There were many temples in mathura and vrindavan also. I had a lot of enjoyment in mathura, very peacefull place so I give 4.5/5 rating in this region.
There was lot of hotels and dharmshalas also situated near every temple. Every hotels and dharmshalas also had a temple in it. The food was also free in dharmshalas. So give 4/5 rating in this region.
In mathura the safety factor is probably good. I like that place very much.
