I watched this movie only after few months of its release since I had missed out all its hype. Some movies/books keep me thinking or exicted days after have watched or read. Mankatha is one such movie.
Ajith is a superstart in tamil nadu with huge star following and the director have very clearly used his image on
his screenplay.
The plot as such is quite different from the usual which keeps us interested and director has been sucessful in making this edge of a seat thriller. Also with a ensemble star cast their is hardly any dull moment . you have action , comedy. Beautiful gals. But the real reason for keeping me thinking/exicted of this is movie ..He is the villain in this movie (every characters infact have negative shades).
Ajith drinks/smokes as if there is no end . stranger girls at him . Hurts his girlfriend's father while she is watching. They way he makes the plan to kill his partners in crime over a chess , his dance steps , his fight scenes and dialogue delivery are real fun to watch.
Having said that credit needs to given to all the starcast and technican on excelling their task.
Am waiting to open my bottle machi.
