Irresponsible and careless staff in the hospital and at the counter . I called hospital and customer support number more than 4 times to get doctors appoitment(online) as someone got covid positive and required doctors medication for proper recovery but the staff from the hospital never called back and no appointment given, it seemed they hardly cared about patients except minting money and maybe wanting the patient to come to hospital and spread the virus and become guilty of it . very disappointed with this kind of service being in a medicial industry and at this covid time when virus is spreading again . such negligent behaviour
