Air conditioner maintenance saves money by increasing its lifetime and efficiency.here I share some Ac maintenance tips to keep in mind.
1-clean the air filter every month and replace it if necessary.
2-check the electric wires and components before working on your air conditioner.if you find out any problem, then replace the parts.
3-make sure that the condenser unit fan working properly.if there is any cracks visible on the fan blades, then replace the fan blades.
4-if you use an old Ac unit , then give oil to the fan motor bearing regularly as well
5-clean the exterior of your ac regularly as well
6-for efficiently working the condenser coils, keep it from grease, dirt and grime.
