One can reach ludhiana by train or bus bus.it is easily accessible because it is situated at amritsar-delhi G T road.there are many industries which provide employment not only to residents of punjab but also to people from other states.this is the reason that it is overpopulated.piles if mud and wastage can be seen at the entrance of the city.
There is no doubt that there are many sights to see like malls and cinemas and hotels but hotels are very expensive. safety measures are also not so good.
