The site takes hours to load and the app is crappy, pricy and boring collection and shipping service is very bad, cash on delivery is not available where I live, I have ordered a pair of spects the cheapest one was ₹1700 and I recieved it after 10 days where as the delivery was expected to be in less than a week. The frame is just cheap plastic the lenses were good but took smudges and scratches, overall I am not satisfied with even one thing about lensekart. You people need to improve a lot, at least give your customers some respect and deliver your services as you advertise, I think lenskart only delivers its good services in major cities. So sad
