This laptop is easy to use or we can say for doing smooth work on computers but scroll portion is not smooth as I uses it.I think it should be more comfotable as per my experience.it is very usefull in good configuration and features.Quality is good overall and durability like for more uses of RAM and Harddrive uses.We should be carefull that it can give more durability as required.So Durability should be focused more.Price and services are little high so Quality should not comprimise in durability.Other than its better only in use as brand only.services are good but not better as easily availables stores everywhere it takes much time to reair.i think Lenovo should increase service time delivery more to grab more peoples expectation but not bad I would say at all.
