I am being a big fan of budget makeup always search for quality yet affordable products in the market and lakme iconic kajal in regal green shade is one of those product.
This kajal shade is smooth in texture, easy to apply and has a good pigmentation, its regal green shade is such a unique color which is not too bold not too subtle at the same time, a well balanced green shade which suits all skin shades, I really like this color.it has slight shimmer particles in it which is not very overpowering.
But it is not smudge proof if u rub ur eyes its pigmentation easily come off, and if you have oily lids then it might stay a little less on you.
