Well Well Well, is that A R Rehman ? Since last few years I was really depressed with the way Mr. Rehman was giving music, same old tunes same old background score. The typical Rehman style. I still remember Roja, and its music and the revolutions in Indian Film music. I can Call this person the man with substance.
After long long time I think Mr. Rehman has again proved that he can come out with what others cant. He has so much of variety in his music that others cant just think off. To be like that one has to definitely eat music, drink music, sleep music, and do everything in music, and Lagaan is the result of doing everything in music.
Well all the songs are great peace of music. specially Mitwa, Ghanan Ghanan, Radha Kaise Na Jale and ORey chhori are out of this world. Good thing about this album is non complicated use of intruments. All the singers have done great job, I think Mr. Rehman know how to make singer sing his tunes. Ever worst singer looks great when he sings his tunes. Well what would I say about this song O Paalanhaare Lata ji is just Lataji. Other songs are just average songs.
So go and get one for you.
