I had a dispatched a consingement through kuber logistics to hyderabad on 15.12.2016. The consignment was packaged before dispatch. Inspite of this consignment when received was in badly damage condition. The product was compleatly in bad shape. The product was handing badly inspite of the precaution and without any instruction. Service of this agency was also poor. They were told me that consignment will be deliver within 5 days but delivery was received after 9 days. The customer care executive did not resolve queries even they did not talk politely. Very arrogant staff. I made complaint to executive for damage but no support from them.
