I had bitter experience from Kotak prime ernakulam branch Kerala. I taken a loan for my car and closed it after 5year without any due. My car number is KL41D 2900. They send noc by courier to my home address, which I recieved after 6month. I went to bank more than 5times for revalidation of my noc and they are asking original document of my RC book, two ID proof original, fine of 900 RS
I am not understanding what mistake I done to pay the fine . I showed them original noc and I'd proof. But they are not ready to issue noc with out fine.why I should pay fine. Is it my mistake or courier or bank mistake
Now I filed case against bank to issue noc .
