Hello friends , today I am sharing my personal expericnce about a worst bank which name is Kotak mahindra bank. This is a small bank and don't belive on this bank , it expression like it a big fraud. Where I am talking about its phone banking then there only poor service which is not available completly . I am go to this branch to connect phone banking then it is connect after approx ten days. Process of this bank is really slow. And then phone banking is also worst for this. And when I am Talking about its ATM availavblity then there is only one ATM in this district . and cash availavblity is also too poor in this bank .ATM is ten km far from my location so it is not good. Internet Banking of this kotak mahindra bank is ok and I think less than ok. Because its website not working perfectly . It is processing so long on internet banking . Custumber service of this bank , I can explain , when I am go to create my accont then there are some helpers , I ask him about all information to open accont but then are not behaving respectively and don't do his complete work . Really this is worstbank ever. Don't create your account in this bank .
