Tough to understand. Review on Kotak Mahindra Bank

Hello everyone, I am neha singh. Today I want to share my opinion about kotak mahinda bank. I don't want to say that it completely fraud, even its have good service in some sector but I faced some problem for opening my account thats why its my own experience about this bank.Few days ago, I want to open a account through 811 service of this bank. I filled all details and verified my self through my pan card. They provide me a account number and a virtual card too. You can deposit maximum 10000-INR in your account. So after some day I wanted to open a real account so they have also a facility to convert your account in physical mode, so I just call them to open my account. They schedule the time for visit and demand for some documents and 6000 rupees for opening this account. I was waiting that day but no will come to visit from bank.Than again I requested them to visit for opening a bank account and again they reschedule the timing for visit. But again no one come from there.I was disappointing. I will never call them again.
