Sir I taken a loan of 94lakh from Kotak mahindra bank ernakula branch. Loan account number is17566460.the Emi of loan started to debit from saving account before crediting loan amount to my account. Three month emi taken before crediting loan amount to my account.
I approached the branch and registered a complaint. Reference number is1-3925754659.on oct 21st. More than 20 times I called to customer care.but the reply is that my complaint is registered . And it is forwarded to concern department.
