They disappointed me form the beginning. They are not allowing even a small box(1sqft size) as a luggage. They accept only one bag it seems.
They are feeling like they are running flight. Finally for 5kg bag they asked to pay 500/-. Then I argued with them. Still I am endup paying 150/- rs for 5 kg box. My total luggage is 15kg. They are not punctual. Bed sheets are smelling . There staff is very rude. They are stopping almost all stations for 10 mins and waiting for customers.
