Today I called to enquire about a new product of Kent-RO, filled in details on the webpage https://kent-ro.com/KentRoPrice/ like contact number etc. got a call from Gurgaon(Delhi - Ncr) company name Goodlife, guy name Ashutosh claiming himself authorized distributor of Kent.
He was talking to me as if he was very irritated and was on call to spoil the image Kent. if such people are there in sales team of Kent, I am sure kent will not be able to sell their products any more. When I was checking with him on the prices he banged the phone on me, when I called the number(8860634009) again it was not picked up.
I think Kent should be assuring their services before assigning some one as their distributor.
