After sales service and  spare part cost and  reliability is   very disappointing. I have  finally dumped this  monster  and  what is appalling is the  pathetic attitude and service  level of company and their service provider/ channel partner M/S  Pure water  house, St. Thomas town- North Bangalore.


I will  advise  not to fall  prey  to this product.
