I was sick my kent RO demanding change of parts worth 3-4 thoushand every 3-4 months has the noida water has very high TDS. The kent people used to give me a used membrane or may be a low TDS membrane which give me a water of around 190 TDS and very bad taste.
The device give me a TDS of 53 and ok taste but not great taste. The customer support staff is very unproffesional and bad staff. The installation person was very unproffesional and was not fixing a particular time. And ro pump motor was not work after 2 months. This product is built with low quality plastic. This is worst product and one year warranty but they not provide it. Service center denies warranty. I will not recommended to buy this.
