Used “ KDH travels and tours “ to book a car, was great, car was in time, the driver friendly.
The programs they suggested went for the 1st day, the spice garden tour ended up the driver pointing out 2 spices in a 120 km drive and saying that’s the one, by the road side ?
Cancelled the other 2 days that they suggested. Still giving them benefit of doubt booked a Houseboat they in turn Booked, Green Garden Cruises. Was promised the Boat starts at 12 noon, will cruise till 1800 hrs,
Guess what, they forgot to say, even though there is 3 operators, all the operators needed to sleep at the same time, for 2 hrs, and then what’s the diff between 1800 and 1730, so the 6 hr trip became 6 hr minus 2 1/2 hrs.
Next day they were supposed to start at 0600 till 1100, but then again We started at 0730 and at 0900 hrs they needed to clean the boat, so
We were dumped, an early check out I think it is called.
The boat had rats running freely,
Fruits were half chewed by some rodents.
Was charged for a AC boat, but the Ac was not working :(
Hate complaining but don’t wanna no ones holidays getting ruined by operators out to fleece tourists,
What they promice and what they full fill, is about 50 % different, beware ... but kerala is great, and with a bit of luck, would be a great experience in the rains, will do back there for sure, but ya avoid operators like this.
