Internet speed
We all know that Jio is the fastest 4g network in India & jiofi is a jio product so it has to be fast. It gives a normal download speed of around 2 Mbps & HD videos play without any buffering. The browsing is fast even when the high speed quota gets exhausted. But the thing which I dislike about jiofi is that the torrent speed is not at all at the jio level. Torrents download at speed of around 500 to 600 kbps.
Connection reliability
Jio's connection is available in most parts of India & has got almost same quality of service. Roaming is not there so we can move around freely without any headache of loosing excess money. Jio is completely reliable. I have never experienced any call drop or any slow connection. Jiofi is working fantastically.
Service & support
Customer care sometimes take a lot of time to pick up a call & sometimes picks it up within few seconds. So the support is average. But the information available on their website is ample & you won't need the customer care.
