I am using this IRCTC since three years onward's, its really good idea by the Indian railway by providing people without wasting their time in the Que. Before online train ticket booking we use to face a lot of problems in the railway ticket counter's.
Without going to the Railway station we can easily check the status of the Trains, Reservation status, Train reservation a viability, Booking Train Tickets, Tatkal Train Tickets, even we can book hotels, buses as well with this IRCTC website or mobile application.
Another advantage of IRCTC, if we book a ticket online if we want cancel the ticket, we no need to go any railway station cancellation counters and no need to wait for long time for the refund money. The refund money within twenty four hours the money will be transfers to our account.
For those who do not have knowledge on internet, they can go to the internet centers to book a Train Ticket, by this way they can save their valuable time and energy without standing in the Que for a long time.
According to me this IRCTC is very helpful for the people, but some times their will be a mistakes done by everyone we cannot blame the system, it takes time to improve.
