Few days ago I booked my E-ticket through IRCTC online booking site. But my ticket not get confirmed reservation. My reservation status was waitlisted(W/L) ticket at after chart prepare. So my ticket cancel because of W/L. As a rule In case E-ticket issued for travel have waiting list full refund of fare the ticket shall be cancelled online thirty minutes before the scheduled departure of the train. Ok know issue is that why they cut or less or deducted the charges while refunding amount. If I book and not what to travel and I cancel my ticket then you have rights to deduct charges. Otherwise you have to allow person to travel while waitlist in E-ticket also. Like Window Ticket. My request to IRCTC to please stop deduct amount while auto cancellation E-ticket. or don't give e-ticket while RAC or waiting list. I upload & share my ticket cancelled because of wailtlist its happen many time with me and happen with many people also.
