Purchased IFB wahing machine model number TLREWH 6.5 kg top load fully automatic and now what happened is power button is not working, I called customer care they have given me ticket no and said that service person will come in 24 hours and look in to matter. He arrived next day and said because of voltage problem button is not working and then told to put new button, two days happened and still they are saying next day will come almost 5 days happened without washing machine ? very poor service.
