I bought 9kg washer 7 kg dryer washing machine 3-4 months back. It is one most advanced machine from IFB and costed me Rs 65000. Just after few days we realised that we made mistake buying this.They claim it is 100% dryer. It takes hrs in heating the clots but clothes rarely get dried completely. Service from IFB is pathetic. they takes days to come, give some Gyan and vanish.
Since last few days, it gets stuck at 16 mins timer during drain and gives error. I suggest everyone, never ever buy this product. It is pathetic and will never work as per commitment. I wasted 65000 bucks buying a useless product. Now I am thinking to sell for half the cost.
