By mistake I brought an IFB 25sci Microwave.
On the third day it got faulty. OK that is not a problem. It is a
machine can get faulty. I registered a complaint the very next day. An
engineer came and found fuse blone off. He took a copper wire and
placed instead of fuse. I warned him not to do as it can go wrong.
After few hours the whole microwave fumed and I registered a complaint
then and there.
No body listened and after literally 67 calls(evey day
they have an excuse like engineer is on leave, gone to buy the parts,
already send) an 45 days. My microwave got repaired and after that I
found that its making big noise. I again complained. Till date nobody
came or looked in to the matter. IFB products if they works fine its ok
if you go fro their service then your life is a hell. Never go for
this.
