Idea is one of the most biggest and used telecom service. But now they are providing the worst experience to there customers.
I have an idea sim which I hardly used in any emergency. But every month they make a bill of 300-400 rupees. I have not used the services but I have to pay for it.
And now I recieve 6-7 calls and 15+ messages daily from them for linking my aadhar.
When I ask them why I have got so much bill they tell me several packs that have been activated on my number automatically.
I dont use there mobile network but once they told me tht 3G rate cutter pack is activated on your phone.Why the hell I will take 3 g rate cutter pack when I dont use mobile network.
There network is also not good.
I hope idea officers will improve a lot after reading this review
