I was the Idea customer and I was using this service provider as a post paid customer and after few days I found that they have activated some add on with out my knowledge and it was added to the bill, when I asked them to remove the charges for add on then they refused to do so and I paid for the add ons which I was not using and I was not even aware.
When I asked them to port the number then they said that you have to pay the last payment fee for 2 months of around 400 rs, I refused it again and finally I closed that number and got a new one from Vodafone.
There charges are really very high and very bad network.
