Hello everyone, I am going to share my experience over idea network. Till now if I am not wrong, I have been using idea services since last 2-3 years. The network is okay, but the only thing disappoint me is the customer service. Like I am a postpaid user and if we needs to buy any plan on that time they will treat you like their god. Just like Customer is God. But later on, well let me share something. I paid allot of bills around 4-5k per month. But it's been last 2 months I was not working, allot of bad things happened to me, and I was not able to make a single penny. So they cut of my services. And when cut off my services after that they had no option to get in touch with me. So what they did is, from my calling history, I would say the recent numbers or on the most dailled numbers they called and asked about me, that where the hell I am. And when my friends and relative told me, I got so angry. And what I decided, instead of vocal, I choose the emailing them. But they don't even to hear me. I mean how is it possible, I am a privilage member of yours and they were treating me like a nonsense, like we can't do anything this is the policy. What king of policies? If you can't make your customers happy, then why the hell you opened up the customer service, just for a kind of name. Well the good thing is that, somehow yesterday, one of the agent name called priya get in touch with me and she listened to me and help me out with my bill payment. As of now I would just say the idea mobile operator is quite okay( remembering the other day convo with priya other than that it's bad)
