Connection failed!. Review on Idea Mobile Operator

Idea a big network operating company but I did not like it because I am always using it but its Internet connectivity is not good I like the speed over 2g is good in compare to other network like vodafone airtel but if you are using internet for 2-3 hour continously it automatically get off connection and say connection failed! Worst sometime I am doing very important work but the crap network of idea get connection error or didnot get the internet signal or many times when I select idea for internet it didnot get the internet signal for internet connection I have to restart my device first I think that this is my device problem but this is not right I have buy a new device lenovo k3 note on my device the problem seem to continue and I also try my idea sim on somw other phone but the problem did not get over it continue I have also complaint to customer care but did not get a solution of my problem I really like idea but the problem is pushing me to stop using it I live uttar pradesh east idea I request to get my problem solve Asap .

Sometime I recharge my internet pack but for a whole day or 2 day it did not get the internet signal even the internet pack was active I also try to remove sim or re insert it but it did not cure my problem I also restart my device many time but nothing happen .be aware of getting an idea sim it is not happening only to my sim  the same problem was happening to my friends sim to .i would not recommend it to buy
