I've been using Idea for quite a long time and I am really disappointed by the service they provided. First of all their network coverage is really bad its hard to find a stable connection. Mostly there's an error "No Service" on my screen which is really bad. I mostly use this sim for internet, it works fine but all of a sudden network just rests itself leaving me stuck on the page I am browsing. It takes almost 1 min to get back to normal. Customer service is of no use as I never got my issue resolved. Charges are quite afforadable but I would not recommend it to anyone.
